 - Advised, negotiated and prepared Software Maintenance Agreement, Non Disclosure-Confidentiality Agreement, Consultancy Agreement and Joint Venture Agreement for Millennium Radius (M) Sdn Bhd.

 - Advised Konsortium Usahawan Makanan Dan Industri Asas Tani Sdn Bhd (Komita), Muslim Best Food Industries Sdn Bhd & Muslim Best Distributors Sdn Bhd, a manufacturer and distributor of food related business pertaining to Technical Collaboration Agreement, License Agreement, Distributorship Agreement and litigation issues.

- Advised Kosmo Technology Industrial Berhad and its subsidiaries, Bioteam Sdn Bhd, Tenaga Ulung Sdn Bhd on litigation issues and corporate related matters.
